This is not a toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

I bought it because it said "Sensitive Relief", but it's not a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, according to the ingredients. The main ingredient is hydrated silica, so it cleans very well and removes surface stains. It contains a small amount of CPC, which slightly reduces bacteria and freshens breath. It does not contain fluoride and xylitol is in trace amounts, so it does not help with caries prevention or remineralization. It is not suitable as a treatment for people with true tooth sensitivity; use it only as a cosmetic toothpaste.
